The Good:
-These are the grades Kari got during her first semester at Georgia Tech:
English I: A
American Government: A
Survey of Calculus: A
Marching Band: A
Biology I: C

Resulting in... a 3.5 GPA. I would have gotten a B in Biology, but I bombed the exam. Oh well. A 3.5 is still really damn good, especially for my school. I am so proud of myself.

This shows me I can still have a lot of fun at school and get good grades, I just need to focus more on Biology... which was my first ball-busting class at Tech. Yeah.

-This jobness is really fun. I really love the people I work with. I'm not making the best money in the entire world, but I am making some.

-Natali got into Lang!!!!

-Midtown is recording in Atlanta, they're living here, recording in Butch Walker's studio.

-The Slackers Feb 12.

-The Pietasters Jan 29.

The Bad:
-WTF is going on with Cabot? I feel so stupid. I need to not feel so stupid. But there's no validation.

-Natali got into Lang, in New York. Which means no late nights at the Majestic and no more tour bus partying with her. And the whole her being an absolutely amazing person and everything...

-I'm bored.

The Ugly:
-Christmas is in a little over a week... eep.

I don't think I can fit any more knowledge in my head. And there isn't really anything in it right now.

Natali has inspired me to write poems again. She and I have a really similar writing style. So I wrote something... it's not done... I don't think I like it...

I need to NOT infatuate over this very scene hottie that goes to my very geeky school when he's probably sitting a few computers over from me in the library right now as I type this and pull up his pics in my blog and continue to drool. I bet you he's a huge nerd. Holy crap, I want to get to know him. Mleh.

So the Biology exam sucked pretty hard... but I went through it in about an hour and a half... I didn't really feel like I had too many curve balls thrown at me. I'm just aiming to beat whatever the average ends up being. Which is horrible. And I'm sure the class average will improve drastically by Friday. It's not very fair to have three different lecture periods taking the exam as many as 5 days apart. Word gets around. And since my lecture class had the first exam, we get the crappier grades.

BUTT! I did get a 77.8% on my Lab exam! And the average was like a 73!! Whee!! So Kari's beating the average some more... depending on how well I did on my exam I might be able to swing a B in Biology. And if they curve a lot. If I can manage at least a 70 on that exam I just took... then it might happen.

I have to finish my English project by 2. Bleh. So unmotivated. All I want to do is sleep.

Wednesday is going to be ugly. But then there will be lots of Kari and Sarah style drunkenness after I finish my final.

Oh. I said hi to my Gov prof today, he recognized me, and my two Gov TA's waved at me as I walked in the library... they're a few comps down. I <3 them. Oh gosh, they will be my super heros if I can get an A in there. Which will be all their doing, I'm sure.

Okay. Writing.

I miss Megyn. I need to call her and gossip about all of these ridiculously attrative scene boys I'm finding myself ridiculously attracted to.
